Pondex makes returns simple. Here's how the process works from start to finish.

How Returns Work

1. Start your return — Email [email protected] with your order number. Tell us why you'd like to return the item.
2. Get a response — We'll reply within 24-48 hours with a return address and any needed instructions.
3. Ship it back — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us.
4. Receive your refund — After we inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and in its original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Details

Your refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra charge, depending on stock availability.

Defective or Damaged Products

Received something broken? Send us photos at [email protected] and we'll ship a free replacement right away — or issue a full refund including shipping.

What Can't Be Returned

Used items, items damaged by the customer, gift cards, and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
